each worked with various hardstone specimens shaped and softly polished, some with painted details and strings for plucking, fashioned with a mallet or bow for striking or bowing, or pierced with an aperture for blowing, comprising: three huqin, a violin, a zither, two lutes, yueqin and sanxian, a pair of handbells, cymbals, gong, two sets of chimes, two of drums, and three bamboo flutes, one sheng and two dizi; each raised on a conforming hardwood stand.
